Your personal data will be processed by EGG FR (Logistics agency) acting on behalf of Compagnie de Saint-Gobain, acting as data controller, in order to organize your submission in the 2025 edition of the Global Award for Sustainable ArchitectureTM. The personal data concerned are: first name, last name, email address, job title and phone number.
The legal basis for processing your data is the legitimate interest of the data controller to highlight the global award community work towards a sustainable architectural ethics. Your data will be accessible to EGG employees in charge of the event and to Compagnie de Saint-Gobain employees if necessary as well as the service provider responsible for the hosting and maintenance of EGG platform on a need-to-know basis. When such third party is located inside or outside the EEA, including in the countries which do not have the same level of protection of personal data as in the EEA, EGG ensures that such transfers are carried out in compliance with the applicable data protection laws and regulation, including via/through appropriate contractual guarantees such as the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your data will be kept for 1 month as from the end the Global Award for Sustainable ArchitectureTM submission period, and will then be deleted. Personal image and name of winners will nevertheless remain the subject of public communications regarding the Global Award for Sustainable ArchitectureTM.
Under certain conditions, you may exercise the following rights over your personal data: right of access; right of rectification; right to delete; right of limitation of processing; right of portability.
